Identity Guarantee and limited Warranty

The DSS warrants the Identity Vehicle Protection system for a full three years from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects or product malfunction. (please provide a copy of this form).

Terms and Conditions of our Guarantee: This offer is limited to the original purchaser of the system; the vehicle must be registered with the state Department of Motor Vehicles, and the vehicle must be covered with comprehensive auto insurance. All failed system components must be returned to DSS with the claim.

Please call at 888-668-4338 if you believe you are having issues starting your vehicle due to your Identity system. DSS will not pay tow bills unless prior authorization is granted. You must call us to open a claim prior to having any work done by a mechanic or having the vehicle towed.
